We offer many different types of in-home care to our clients here at Comfort Health. This means there are job opportunities in a wide range of career areas. These areas include nursing, behavioral health, therapy, personal care and companionship, medical social work, and office support and management. No matter what your talents are, there are plenty of ways to be part of our team.

Comfort Health is committed to each of our employees, and we want to help them achieve their career goals and practice at the top of their license. Upon hire, our home health aides and nursing staff begin rigorous training, which includes 16 hours of classroom orientation. Our home health aides receive an additional 40 hours of practical, hands-on training by a Registered Nurse as well as clinical time spent orienting to direct client care. And every year we encourage our employees to take twelve hours or more of on-going education for unlicensed staff and eight or more hours of on-going education for licensed staff.

Some people are driven by more than just a paycheck, and they look for a career built on making a positive difference in the world around them. The greatest part about joining the Comfort Health team is finding the opportunity to improve lives on a daily basis. You will be able to provide indispensable care to clients and their families from the comfort of their own homes, help them gain independence, and be the reason they enjoy the best quality of life possible.

The entire community benefits when people receive the right care and support, because they can remain an active part of society and contribute in so many unique and meaningful ways. It is fulfilling to have a career that helps the community at large, and there is no better reward than the knowledge that you are making the world a kinder and better place by caring for those in need.

“Bringing Comfort Home” is the philosophy of the entire Comfort Health team. We are dedicated to providing home health care with dignity, quality, comfort, and integrity. We’re also devoted to providing our employees with a wonderful place to work.
